PADI Open Water Certification

Learn SCUBA the fun and exciting way at Round Island Divers with the PADI Open Water Diver certification course.  Let Round Island Divers’ professionally trained and experienced instructor introduce you to the spectacular beauty of the underwater world.  

Our PADI Open Water course is divided into three segments: academic, pool and open water training. Along with a little home reading and guidance from your professional instructor you will gain the basic skills and knowledge for fun and safe diving. Four open water dives will be conducted over a weekend.

Upon completion of your Open Water dives you will be awarded a PADI Open Water Diver certification card, which will open the door for an assortment of diving activities.

 

PADI Advanced Open Water Certification

Congratulations on your decision to continue your scuba training with the Advanced diver course. We believe you’ll find the Advanced Course truly an Adventure in Diving. The Advanced Course is a year’s worth of experience in five dives. There is one classroom session and the five open water dives. Each diver will need to read and pass in the Knowledge reviews from the following chapters in the Advanced Manual. The class is very informal and the review focuses on the physics of diving and the dive tables. The five open water dives are made in a weekend.
